Sharp culet, smooth solution: Resizing an emerald ring

Helen’s 55th anniversary emerald and diamond ring was a stunning symbol of love—but a loose fit and a sharp culet made it tricky to wear. I resized the ring to fit her perfectly and added a contoured connecting bar to stop the culet from scratching her finger. Using my laser welder to avoid damaging the emeralds, I ensured the repair was seamless and precise. Now it’s more comfortable than ever, ready to celebrate both her milestone and her incredible journey.
