4. After deposit payment is made, we will begin the work
5. Completion typically takes 1 to 3 weeks.  Customized rings are non-refundable

Please note: Stones provided by the customer have to be dropped off in person at our location in New Jersey. There is a fee to set stones which will be reflected in the final quote.
