1. Build your ring/necklace/earrings/bracelet
2. Submit your request.
3. Our team will review and email back a non-refundable deposit request.
4. After deposit payment is made, we will begin the work.
5. Completion typically takes 4 to 5 weeks.  Customized rings are non-refundable

Please note: Stones provided by the customer have to be dropped off in person at our location in New Jersey. There is a fee to set stones which will be reflected in the final quote.
