Recreating a complex pattern in a vintage 18k white gold ring

Claire brought in her vintage 18k white gold cocktail ring. It has a very intricate three row pattern that goes all the way around the backside. She needed it sized up but didn’t want to break the pattern. I love these types of challenges and I think I did a pretty good job because Claire couldn’t even tell where it had been sized when she came to pick it up.
