Return Policy

Any merchandise purchased from Massoyan Jewelers may be returned for a full refund provided that the merchandise being returned is in original and unworn condition, including all original boxes, documents and tags (where applicable). The date of return has to be within fifteen (15) days from the date received.

Eligible refunds are made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within two weeks of receiving your return.

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, you may either bring your item to Massoyan Jewelers or ship your item. Shipping returns is the client’s responsibility.

Special orders*, custom work or stock merchandise altered at the request of the customer may not be returned or exchanged.

Email us at info@massoyanjewelers.com. Indicate the order number and the item you are returning. We will contact you with further instructions.

 

*Special orders  are defined as 1.) Any non-inventory purchase. 2.) Any stock item altered at a client’s request (ie. sizing a ring, setting a center stone).
