A nurse brought in her pawn shop find, a ring that kept snagging her gloves at work. Turns out the tanzanite never belonged in that setting to begin with. The ring was made for a rectangular stone so we swapped it out for an emerald cut emerald. I rebuilt the four main prongs for the emerald after filing down the top so her new stone sits lower and won’t catch gloves as easily. I also retipped the halo diamonds. No more snagging or rattling! #jewelryrepair #ringrepair #emeraldring #benchjeweler #customjewelry Check out our website for our full selection of jewelry for sale!
