This customerโs eternity band was completely stuck on her finger due to her swollen knuckle. Cutting it off wouldโve been difficult because of the diamonds going all the way around. So instead, I used a dental floss compression trick (plus a bit of Windex) to safely slide it off without damaging the ring. Sometimes the simplest tools are the most effective!
