Return Policy

Return Policy:

Any items purchased from Massoyan Jewelers may be returned for a full refund provided that the item being returned is in original and unworn condition, with its original box, receipt and tags (where applicable). The date of return must be within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date, in order to qualify for a refund.

If payment has been received by Massoyan Jewelers, eligible refunds will be made to the Purchaser upon request, via a credit to their original payment method.  The refund will exclude any delivery charges paid by the Purchaser at time of sale (if applicable).  After Massoyan Jewelers receives the item back, eligible refunds will be processed within ten (10) days.

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable credit. To return or exchange your gift item, you may either bring your item to Massoyan Jewelers' store in New Jersey or ship your item. Shipping costs for returns are the client’s responsibility.  Please see instructions below.

Special orders, custom work or other items altered at the request of the client (i.e. sizing a ring, setting a center stone, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged.

Instructions For Your Return:

Email us at info@massoyanjewelers.com with the subject "Returning Online Order".  In the email, indicate your first name, last name, the order number and the item you are returning. Wait until we contact you for further instructions.
